Who called from 6172591639

I got a call today from this number. I have been on the do not call list since 2008. I put my number on it every 5 years. It is a garbeled root phone call. Where you cannot understand the caller. So you just hang up.

I got a strange automated message from this number. I am disabled. I noticed all these complaints about social security. Obviously, there is a leak at the SS Administration with our phone numbers!!!!!! This is ludicrous!

They called, I blocked.
Hate these damned unsolicited phone calls!!!
I'm disabled also, so I think like Heather said, there's a leak at the SS Admin.!
