I assume same as Dottie, although I went through a different dealer. I dropped Sirius when I changed credit cards and their call center called for the new one to run the automatic payment. I told them I would not give my credit # over a cell phone, but would do so if they mailed me a bill. Caller said I was uncooperative. Repeated calls got more obnoxious so I cancelled service (and was offered a 50% discount while doing so) and they still demanded my credit card information for the remaining balance. I demanded a bill in the mail and eventually got that. Sent in a check but they still call. Funny thing is, I liked satellite radio. Their call center people (other than the woman on the line when I cancelled service) were such pests I just didn't want to give the vendor my money any longer.
If you take the call, demand the discount.
I ignore their calls but haven't blocked them. Let them waste their time on the auto-dialer.
Same here. IRA Toyota gave them my number when I purchased my car. They have harassed me to the point that I will NEVER purchase or recommend their service.
