Called and hung up without leaving a message

So I got a call on 7/29/17 at 11am or so on a Saturday. I did not recognize the number and did not pick up. No message left and thus now blocked.

got a phone by this caller number at about 5:14 pm (EDT) did not pick up coz i hate answering unknown number

When answered there is a pause, then a man with a southern accent asks for "Dave", then launches into a spiel trolling for donations. Sounded like a chatbot, there was a slight pause before each answer.

Received a call from this # on July 22.  Just logging it now.  No message left.  Blocking.
