Received call from 617-297-9574 (on 07/21/2015) 10:04am, appears to be offering lower interest rate on many and all credit cards. Upon further conversations with them, I FIRMLY BELIEVE IT CLEARLY IS A FISHING SCAM OR FAKE CALL CENTER TRYING TO GET YOUR PERSONAL CREDIT CARD INFO. (I had given these people fake info of my own to purposely waste their time and I managed to catch them in lies or not consistent at all in what they had to say). To say the least, very, very unprofessional was the 1st red flag. I double checked with fraud department of Bank of America for confirmation of this scam. PLEASE BE VERY AWARE!!!!! I too rec'd a call (on my cell) from (617) 297-9574. The automated message is from "Heather". She stated nothing was wrong with my credit card but that I was eligible for a reduction in my interest rate. I would agree with others here; Scam.
