This person has a southern accent; this is apparently a Boston phone number and he says he is looking to relocate to Rochester, NY and has $600 to pay for "small waisted white women with big nasty butts"--I'm not sure how or why he was calling me, I'm a female senior minister in a small church in the middle of nowhere and found that call time-wasting and offensive.
