I had the same thing happen to me. They left me two voicemails and when I finally called them back from my office phone they initially said that they are a reference company and did I know a Rebecca Johnson. The guy was snarky on the phone. I don't know her, he told me they would stop calling me!
They are looking for my sister, Cathy. When I call back and ask why they will not tell me. after 5 minutes going back and forth. They say my sister gave this # for a referece. I said ok, go ahead. The woman said, obviously she doesn't live there- we will take your number off our list. They called my house at least a dozen times today.
Have called 3 times a day the last week or so. Automated message with a number to call back and a random reference number. Dont say what they want, sounds like a junk call that ive gotten before
They keep calling me during work and ask for a Melissa H. When I asked them to remove me from the list, they 1st guy hung up. Then another guys answered and I told him to remove me from the list. He was a bit sarcastic and then said they are a fraud service and continued to give me this person's SSN (unprofessional and perhaps illegal) I confirmed it wasn't me. Then he wanted to know where I was located. I asked him to confirm his company he said they are Global Services. This sounds super sketchy and I can't find any information on them or this number that is legit.
I get a call from this company at least once a week. I have pressed "0" and spoken to a live person every other time. I was assured each time that they have taken me off their calling lists as they are looking for a :Joe Agulera. Clearly this has never taken place and when I just received this weeks new installment and spoke to the person I asked to speak to a manager. they refused. I asked a Crystal for her employee I D and she refused to give it, then hung up on me. She did say they are a collection agency,.....
