Who called from 6173369050

Whoever this is, keeps calling my house, but there's never anyone on the line.  I just called the number and the operator said the number is not in service.

getting this call too... no one there when i answer.  called 2x today.

Caller was young women who claimed to be from Chimney Cleaning but caller ID on phone said call came from City of Chelsea

Same as Cindy, showed on ID as City of Chelsea, lady identified herself as Nichole. I asked about ID and she hung up. Happened on 10/22 7:22 PM

called 2x today and once yesterday.  all hang ups.  says city of chelsea on my caller id.  when i called it back, the operator said number is not in service.
