Let the phone ring once and immediately hung up. Since it's getting closer to the tax deadline, I figured it may be one of loads of people attempting to make fraudulent IRS calls. Unfortunately, the DNC list doesn't do anything to prevent fraudulent calls. I didn't call back. But, I definitely don't know anyone in or from Boston.
