These people keep calling and asking for a Lauren something that begins with a b. I have told them for months there is no one here with that name. I called back to speak with supervisor and they try pulling games. After multiple hang ups I got a guy who just put me on hold then came back and tried to play the roll....like I'm stupid!!!!!! Then he said he would get one, never hit hold button, never even muted, and "Lucy" tried to play one. I let them know I was recording call and "Lucy" said I don't know who I'm talking to, when I said if the calls continue they will have a harassment law suite they laughed and hung up.....seriously, just stop calling me for people who I don't know!!!!
