This number called me twice 617-391-8751 on 04/26/2017 stating she was with Action Locating Corp and a complaint has been issued against my (4 years old) son, and I need to call 844-389-4991 with a reference number she gave me. I strung her along for a few minutes and asked questions like who issued the complaint and what it was for, before telling her it was bull s***. At which point she hung up. Probably an identity theft attempt.
Tried to get me to accept delivery of a document... Not sure if this was one of those "say yes" scams... Call disconnected before I could gather more information
Interesting. My cousin called me this morning saying she received a strange phone call giving her MY husband and son's name saying a complaint was filed on one of them (they have the same name) and asked her if she knows them or could she tell them anything about him. What's I want to know is how they know our names, and how they got her number seeing that she is his cousin by marriage only and she has NEVER been used as a reference, nor does my husband even know her number. How are these people getting this information?
