Called multiple times.  Told me my brother was in car accident, tried to pump me for personal info.  Hung up when they started asking fishy questions.

Called three times, no voicemail.  Picked up on 3rd ring. Said my brother was in a car accident and this guy and his cousin were holding him demanding 10k in damages. Switched their story to father when I said I had no brother. Hung up on him as he became verbally threatening.

Same here.  "Your brother has been in a car accident."
