We got a call from this number today at 6:31 pm and didn't answer. The caller ID was PRIVATE CALL. It was a robocall, and a voicemail message was left. It was a recording of Congressman Stephen Lynch with information about a telephone town hall meeting. The number will be added to our call blocker. I find this type of call to be annoying and highly recommend such a device for anyone who has the same opinion.
