I got a call from this number on my iPhone on Thursday, 28 Jul 2016 at 2:14 pm and didn't answer. No voicemail message was left. When I called back from our landline (our number is hidden by default on outgoing calls), I heard a recording which said "Thank you for calling. The survey you were called for has now finished. If you would like to be removed from our list for future calls, please press 9." I've heard this recording previously on other numbers. This seems to be a telemarketer pretending to be a survey in order to circumvent the law.
