Called my DNC-listed landline today at 0946. I thought maybe it was the wrong number. Silly me. It's just another scam artist. When I picked up the phone, I didn't say anything at first, but the moment I said, "Hello?" it disconnected. For the heck of it, I blocked my caller information and called the number from a different phone. I got the usual b.s. recording telling me the "survey" I was calling about is no longer active. So, yup, the usual scam artist. I wonder if a bunch of scammers use the same bogus message or if it's the same one who keeps calling over and over again.
