Called my DNC-listed landline today at 1305 hours. I wasn't around to answer it and 99.9% of all calls I get on my landline are scam artists anyway. I blocked my caller info and dialed it back. I got the usual generic message about the "survey" I was calling about is now closed. So, yeah, definitely a scam artist pretending their call was about a "survey." If you believe that one, they have a bridge they can sell you too.
Called my cell phone and said that due to my recent visit to a resort they are offering me 50% off. I immediately recognized this as a scam and hung up as I had not recently visited a resort and do not share my cell phone #.
When I made a call back to the number I was prompted by a message saying that the survey I had called for was now finished and to press 9 if I wanted to be removed from their list. Scammer.
