Who called from 6174522397

Also an MIT alum and also missed a call from this number. They did not leave a message. When I tried to return the call I got a busy signal.

Not alumni of MIT but "follow" them in LinkedIn. Interesting to see how private information is being shared around. Awesome.

I just got a call from 617.452.2371. No message left, and I am also an MIT alumnus.

MIT stuff

Yes, I also just got such a call from 617-452-2397 (and I'm also an MIT grad),but it turned into a hang-up as soon as I picked-up. Not a generally fruitful way to raise funds, so I doubt it was a fund-raising call.  I'm beginning to think it may have been just some technology students toying mischievously with all the cool tech-stuff they've been exposed to on the way to adulthood.
