It's not a scam. PSG Global Solutions is an external recruiting center who pre-screens candidates. Example if a company needs admin assistants, they tell PSG to source for them... Hence the calls you get because they get your resume online. If you're the right fit, they submit your resume and your application form to their hiring manager to set you up for an interview with the company.... Hence, the questions. If you don't get a call back, it means somebody who is a stringer fit from you has already been hired.
I got a call at work from Jennifer, who wouldn't say why they were calling because they didn't know how confidential my voice-mail was but wanted me to call back soon because it was time sensitive. Did not call back. This is not a phone number I ever give out to anyone.
I got a message from "Hi, it's Ally. I got the resume and I have a position for you that is extremely time sensitive, so please call me back right away." It sounded like someone that I had spoken with before, but I don't know anyone named Ally...
I received a call from James about the resume I posted and he needed to speak to me about something that was kind of sensitive. I called back to see what company it was. The first few attempts all circuits were busy and then got through and it went to a girls cell phone. I left my nam and number and will be letting them know that there calls are unwarranted and that my number better be taken off their list since my cell phone is on the national do not call list.
