I received a phonec call from this person and just as the above when you call back it is a fax machine so it has to be a collection agency.

Received call from number.  Woman wanted to know about Condos/Twnhouse but
hung up when asked question "if i could help her".

This is not a collection agency.  The call is from NACA.  They are not debt collectors, but a non-profit organization that assist people with buying homes or with their mortgages.

It is Naca they are r/s appts if you signed up for their workshop
