Has been calling my cell everyday this week, I finally "answered" today by just listening. Someone with an accent asked for a Larry something or other. No Larry here, and when I told them they had the wrong number they read back some address, again NOT mine and I told him "Not even close!" He told me to have a nice day and hung up.

Offering solar panels through a government rebate of up to $60,000 per person if you "high" monthly electrical bills greater than $100. Called several times a day for 3 days before I answered. Didn't seem very legitimate to me.
