Calling from Massachusetts my butt!  Said his name was Daniel (yeah, right).  His accent was so heavy, so thick and so bad I couldn't understand him!  Claimed to be calling from a company called IMTS.  Get this, he pronounced the name Wayne, "Vine-ay"!  I had to ask him to repeat the name three times before asking him to spell it.  He couldn't even pronounce the letter W!  Also, claimed that "Vine-ay" had asked him to call back in a week.  Well, I'm no dummy; I told him that if he has spoken to "Vine-ay" last week he'd know how to pronounce "Vine-ay"'s first name and last name and not to call here again.
