They caller id him self as Justin from Financial services and asking for a person who do not use nor have this number. I cannot understand how they can call all day long and not listen to the name on the voice mail. They do not pay the phone bill so stop harrassing people.

I have no buisness with this person and he continues to call me. He is a foreigner who is harrassing people who have purchase a vehicle  from him and are not behind in payments at all to refinance the vehicle to lower payments that will make the vehicle long to pay off.  His car buisness was shut down for fraud and he is using his contacts numbers to harrasse people.

Its a fake number generated to look like its coming from Boston....anyways, if I dont recognize a number, I dont pick up and if you dont leave a message, I am not calling you back...plain and simple. Answering scam calls lets them know they have a working number and they will never stop calling. If you dont answer they will move on.

I wish these people would die.  I have gotten 10 phone calls from this number since noon and it's only 3:00 now.  I don't answer and it keeps ringing.  Grrrrrrrrrrrrr.  Don't answer, it can't be good.  If I don't know the number I won't answer and they never leave a message.

Do a search on call blocking devices and phones.If its a cell phone, there are free call blocking apps out there including trac & straight talk.
