This number left a recorded message on my answering machine at 8:15am in the morning! Seriously? What completely terrified me is that the message that was left, gave my name and said I owe an outstanding medical bill debt. I don't understand because I have insurance and have never received any type of bill that wasn't paid! Since receiving this call, I've taken notice that I now have several other 'no name' numbers that call my phone and never leave messages... frustrating!
