I have no idea who this is. Does anyone know?

This is a call organization (they have a variety of numbers all starting with 617-591-62XX) that makes calls for a variety of non-profits. If you call one of these numbers, you can choose a "do not call" option from an automated voice system.

Called the number back, did not get an automated option to "do not call", only an option to leave a message.

I also received multiple calls from this company , and they hang up as soon as I tell them I am not interested. I filed reports to the Better Business Bureau and the Do Not Call Registry
