Who called from 6176007882

called ID showed this number, just three tones when I answered and then the call was disconnected

I've gotten 3 calls from them in 2 days, the first time they called yesterday, I actually picked up on the off chance I actually knew the person calling from Watertown, MA, but no one responded when I said hello 3 times and then they hung up.  Today they called twice, but the second time they called, my phone rang only once before they hung up.  I decided to call the number back and I got an automated message for a marketing/survey company and the message said that I could go to informationcntr.com and click on a link to remove my # from their call list.  I plan on doing that when I get home and can use my computer instead of my phone.

Just talked to them, it was just some marketing/research call for grocery stores

Tell them,cut it out,google and verizon! $9 more a  month is still alot of money!
I may want to change it to  "net zero or freedom pop!"

Nuisance caller that does not leave message when I choose not to pick up and prolong their intrusion by responding to a MARKETING SURVEY.  What a mess of a system when we are at the mercy of marketing forces on our personal phone lines so frequently!  It does not encourage the milk of human kindness for our fellow humans / pests.
