They need my sensitive information first in order to send money via western union. they want my full name, email address and mailing address. What a shame, people doing this.
got a text from this number on a phone i had for sale on craigslist.told me they wanted phone now 617 area code is in the same state as me and told them we could meet for them to buy phone then went into i'm in Indiana cant meet you could you send it.I said money order first or paypal and was told they would western union money to me got an email an hour later (fake) from western union telling me to send phone and email tracking number and they would release money ya right!
I keep getting text messages from numerous out of state numbers, about wanting to pay extra in order for me to ship my blackberry bold phone.All text messages were the same detail and questions. It's a scam to get my phone...so I can lose money. yeah right, Paypal is not legit site to be using to transfer funds.

WE POSTED A TABLET FOR SALE LAST NIGHT AND GUESS WHAT? RECEIVED A TEXT STATING THAT THEY WANTED TO KNOW WHERE I LIVED AND SAID THAT THEY WERE TOO FAR TO PICK UP THE TABLET. THEY WANTED US TO SHIP IT. I DECIDED TO GOOGLE THE NUMBER BEFORE I DID ANYTHING AND TOLD THE "BUYER" THAT I NEEDED TO TALK TO MY HUSBAND (WHEN I REALLY JUST NEEDED TO CHECK INTO THIS). THEY OF COURSE WANTED TO WESTERN UNION THE MONEY. SCAM! REPORT TO THE FBI INTERNET FRAUD DIVISION!!
