Got 3 calls from this number tonight.  Answered one, it asked me to accept charges, and I didnt hear what it was about, so I pressed 1 to accept and then the line went dead.  Called the number back and it was someone in Guam who didn't speak English.  Don't know that it was a "scam" but definitely strange, so I'd watch out for it.
