Infuriating.  Stay off my phone, Governor, please - when it comes to voting!  As if a robo-call would direct my decision-making on issues.

Thanks to all for the explanations above.  I arrived home and found three phone calls from the number above in a short window of time. The ID name was 'Michael Shade'.

Governor Charlie Baker, Calling me in regards to Question #2. He even referred to me by my first name. I didn't realize that "Charlie" and I are on a first name basis now. Wow!
