They call my cell phone, No one at the other end. I hang up after 2-3 second. I call back, it was always busy signal.

robo caller claimed  to be working with social security to help disabled persons find work from home using their home computers.

I keep getting calls from 1-617-778-0039. They never speak, they just hang up. Blocking that number.
