A prerecorded mans voice that comes on after a few seconds after I answered the phone. And said "To go to the website www.landajob.org to find a job if I was disabled the government had openings for people with disabilities.
I do not answer this call, nor any of the other numerous unknown long-distance calls I am getting all of a sudden, so I can't tell you what was said nor who the company is that is calling nor the call type. I can tell you they call at all hours of the day and night, 7 days a week and it is very aggravating.
This number calls twice a day, at different hours anytime between 6 am and 10pm. Each time, it leaves a voicemail (that uses up my minutes, whether I listen to it or not -- and after the 2nd call I stopped listening). It's a woman's voice, telling me that the Social Security Administration has a special program to get disabled people back to work. That's nice. But it doesn't have anything to do with me because I'm 65 years old and don't want to work anymore. I worked from the age of 13 to 63 and I think that's plenty enough! Just because I happened to be disabled when I retired and took early Social Security, doesn't give them the right to try to make me go back to work.
