Are you kidding me ?  Caller ID said Social Sec .  This number has nothing to do with Social Security,  caller hung up when phone was answered .

I got two phone calls from this number. I thought that I had to take this job in order to keep my Medicare Disability so I called my local Social Security office and they were shocked and said that I don't have to work.

Advertising work from home for disabled people about 20 hrs a week making $9.00 an hour

Receiving SSI and got phone call on cell from this number referring to at home employment opportunities for those on disability. Web site given was www.NPIcentral.org. Not affiliated with Social Security. 617 is a Massachusetts/Boston area code.  In researching how they would have gotten my cell phone number the only cross reference that I could make with regard to other people's searches was to pinpoint GEICO with whom I hold an auto insurance policy.  Will be inquiring about that with the suspician that they are selling private information which under the circumstances I believe would be improper.

hi i just got the same call and it's a telemarketer,i did as they requested to push 9 to not to receive anymore call's and i hope that may help.
