when you take the call an older man asks if this is so ansd so. he never explains who he is calling from. this alerted me immediately. when I called back it is from a fax machine

An older man called asking for me. He said that he was calling from the department of civil proceedings and needed me to call some other number to talk to someone about a summons to appear in court. I said "It doesn't work this way", he replies with "yes it does" and I say again "No it doesn't". He says I'm dumber than I sound and to have a blessed day and hangs up. This is not a legitimate debt collector, I believe this is nothing but a scam!!!
Caller with an India accent continues to call saying he is with Microsoft. I have nothing wrong with my computer and he is trying gain private and secure info about my computer.
