I made the mistake of answering too. Agree...was made to sound like a person. I hung up right after I was informed I've been "specially selected" to win an all inclusive vacation. SCAM.
Just got a call from this number. They left a voicemail talking about winning a free all inclusive vacation. Then proceeded to ask questions and act like someone was answering the questions. I would say a definite SCAM. I deleted the voicemail.
