I get the same thing. When I call back they thank me for wanting to go back to school. I tell them I am not interested and hang up. The number keeps calling and if you call them back to tell them to stop calling, they just say "you clled us" SHOULD BE ILLEGAL
This number is calling you because you probably signed up for coupons or surveys. I just signed up for a coupon newsletter and they asked if I was interested in going back to school. I got a call from these people about 3 hours after filling out the request. Just tell them no and to remove you from their call list.
