I have been approached by Key Value Wealth Management,111 Huntington Avenue, Boston, MA, 02199
U.S.A.
They are wanting to buy my Delmedica Investment shares, I believe this company are a scam as they are not regulated with any authority.

The company have purchased there site from Go Daddy and its registered to 14747 N Northsight Blvd, Suite 111, PMB 309, scotsdale Arizona, 85260.

Can someone please confirm this.

Total scam. Website registered in Aug 2012, but says copyright 2009.

Don't send anything to them but the police.

Godaddy is also registrant and admin emailing recipient of Alphatakeovers.com .
Emails claiming to come from 'alphatakeovers' claim to offer great deals for 'valuable' Delmedica shares, as Delmedicas close associate P**** is going to secretly buy out the company - according to Alpha.
Emails return to '[email protected].
emails with replys to 'admin@sitenamehere' can be indicators of scam.
emails to admin should divert to the registered administrators  email address.

You can Search ' Whois alphatakeovers.com '  for Who is the admin of this address ,  
includes where he lives in Singapore.
and his phone number if you want to give him a Hello.
We haven't tried this yet.
Did you know they have corporal punishment in Singapore? Caning with bamboo whips is popular.

using these tools may be useful to people trying to prove to themselves they have a scammer on the line.


Also - the delmedica site warns of scammers, and claim the executives of Delmedicainvestments own more than 51% of shares. This seems possible as the shares where only 1cent shares when bought by them. And resold for $1 / 1euro, etc.

Delmedicas 'client' list may have been sold / leaked .reused by a new bunch of scammers.
'Companys' below have been making contact and CLAIM to have AMAZING OFFERS offers for incredable wealth by selling your Delmedica shares to conglomerate trying to use them for tax scamming . And after you aggree to sell them shares,  they will ask you for a 'share release fee' to get you that unbelievably high return  ... before they can 'show you the money' hahahahahahahahaha ....

- and allegedly in Canada   - do your own math on this information .

William gates searches will get lots of hits on the famous' bill gates ' and make it hard to find 'willliam gates'.
