Many calls, no message.

I got my last call at 6:30 this morning on my cell phone. So I finally decided to call back since no messages are left, and it is the March of Dimes in the Boston area. They could always leave a message that it is them, and please call back, or we will try to call you again.

Correction: it is Easter Seals from the Boston area. It was a 6:30 AM call this morning, Fri, Apr 22, 2016. Somehow they got my cell phone, and I am in California which has its own chapters.

it was a message saying I was eligible for student loan reductions, etc. I just hung up.

Called my cell and did not leave a message.  Called back from a blocked line and voice mail indicates it is Easter Seals.
