The Feds need to start locking up the telco executives that rent numbers to these criminals, thus enabling an unbelievable variety of scams and frauds, and then lock up all of the perps, and then destroy their equipment. A good start would be to outlaw robo-callers and robo-calling!

Credit card scammers, who have apparently have hacked my bank or stolen Visa card numbers. Asking for card number and SSN confirmation over the phone! These people must be locked up in solitary immediately, along with telephone company executives who are renting the criminals the numbers, thus facilitating and encouraging the scams and frauds.
