Telemarketer. Asked for my controller. How many numbers will I have to block before I block them all?

Phone rang, I answered and said "Hello".  Silence on the other end.  "Hello?"  "Hello!"  Still silence.
Other end hung up after about 10 seconds.  Weird.

They called me and when I answered, there was no one on the line.

Called and hung up after I answered. Annoyed is right!

Called our company several times asking for different employees. When asked what this was in regards to the caller hung up.
