I got a call from this number from a male telling me that he just receive some paper work about a situation I'm probably unaware of and the papers has my name and social security number.
That it's important I contact his office with a certain ref:# etc not identify his office or what situation.

This is a scam. They claim there is a pending judgement against me due to a defaulted Citibank MC from 2000. I NEVER HAD A CITIBANK CREDIT CARD LET NOR ANY CC IN 2000! Nasty [***] on the phone. There seems to be a run on scammers like this...this is the 2nd "Collection Agency" that claims that I owe something to Citibank...and I haven't even banked with them in nearly 20 years! Bottom feeders!!!
These people have been calling me repeatedly for two weeks! "The office" has a "situation" a and needs to speak with me as soon as possible? As soon as I finally called back today, the lady hesitated and said she was looking for a donald johnson, clearly not me! So hopefuly they stop calling! Lol this scam is ridiculous
