Caller ID says MEDICAL SVC GRP. 617 is a local area code and we are expecting a call about an appointment. The woman had an accent and was talking about pain problems, wanted to know if I had arthritis pain. I asked where she was calling from. she said Florida. I told her my medical information was none of her business. BLOCKED ( landline with HQTelecom unit).
800 notes needs to add a category to call type, i.e. SCAM.
