Claimed to be calling about my account at some children's neurological foundation and wanted to verify my DOB, address, etc. I asked for the information that she had and she said that she could not disclose that information. After a few more back-and-forths she told me to disregard the call.and hung up. Heavy foreign accent. Never verify anything. Ask for the information that THEY already have.
