Called today at 1543 hours. Caller ID said "Belmont MA" but I suspect it's a spoofed number. A long-winded and very much illegal idiot-message that droned on about refinancing business loans or some such crap. Then the call disconnected. I hit one for the heck of it and got a message saying the number I called is not in service. Yeah, they're a legit company alright. Yet more business "loan" scam artists at work, but incredibly incompetent ones.
I called it back after a missed call. Some guy answers it with a simple, "Hello?" I said, I missed a call from this number earlier? He said, "Oh that was my colleague trying to get a hold of the business owner. We provide loans. Do you need money? We do it at less than 10% - in fact, we can do it at 1% - can you use that?" And he proceeded to ask me what my business name was, I gave him a fake one. Ha ha! What ever loser! He claims it's called Direct Connect. His name is supposedly Mark Allen. Yeah right...
Just Provide DOB, Mother Maiden name, SS# Credit Card #, Last 2 places you lived,
And a Bank Account # and they will send money no questions ask

they said that they will not ask any more after I provide them
