Recorded message from NTI about "ticket to work" a legitimate program under the Social Security Administation, which allows you to work while collecting disability. I'm not sure of the particulars but it was introduced in 1999 and all SSDI beneficiaries were supposed to receive one in the mail. Anyway, I tried the web address they gave me and ended up here. Info about Ticket to Work can be found on the SSA web site.
