Caller ID says "Quincy   MA".  They leave a brief message.  The message was a couple of second message of a noisy call center.  Hard to make out any details.

I call back after hours (using *67 to block my number).  I hear, "Hello.  You have reached an <mumble> incomplete charity fundraising call.  Sorry to have inconvenienced you.  Calls made by charities and political causes are exempt from state and federal do-not-call lists.  For live operator customer service or to opt out please call us toll free at 1 800 894 9555.  Thank you and have a wonderful day."

I am not calling a toll free number as this gives them my number.  I googled the 800 number and it corresponds to a Police Benevolent Association of Palm Beach County in (scam-centric) Florida.  In my opinion, all these national police charities are a SCAM!
