Called me. I didn't recognize the area code, so I didn't answer. They left a voice message saying something to the effect that action has been taken against my account; some suspicious activity has been associated with my SSN. I have no idea what account they are referencing, but they did use my name. The number is from the Boston area. Beware.
Scam!!!! We got a call about being summoned on account we never had! We have fraud department and attorney looking into this. Beware of Steve, Melissa, and Mrs Collins! Here is another number they call from 603-856-0866. This number is also on 800 notes! Another number is 512-646-2269. So 3 different states and same people answer. Don't give them any information or money! It's a scam!!!
Phone # 617-939-0120 called my phone on Mar 6, 2014 stating they were the Processing Summons Division to notify me charges are being filed against me for fraud connected to my name & Social Security & that I will be receiving a summons & to call this #. I googled the # & see that it is a scam & I contacted our local Sheriffs Dept & will be contacting further authorities! Beware of this scam!
scared the poo out of me. I called the original company I "owed" money to, and they gave me several numbers and names. after getting to the right person, they closed the account as of today, so this wouldn't continue.
this is a scam. I tried getting an address, but they wouldn't give me that. the people working there are Karen Carol, Tony Robertson and Audrey. so be careful....
