Just received a call saying I'm being taken to court over a many years ago written off account.  When I called to ask about it, and asked, "Do you make it a habit to call people before you threaten to take them to court?" the woman on the line got belligerent with me and said she couldn't deal with me and would send me to arbitration.  Funny, since I was roped into this same scheme years ago and paid another group of people for this same card.  I'm exhausted by this nonsense.
