Called my cell phone several times.  I did not answer and no message was left.

LEK consulting. They do phone consultations and pay you for it (150/hr). You need to have specific experience in the area which they are soliciting consultations for. They're legit, I've done it and have received a check both times.

Telemaketing scammer.
