Who called from 6179630795

I received a threatening voice mail message on, October 2, 2013.

Recieved a call about a Verizon bill from 2003 today in 2013.  They claimed it was a cable bill... 2003 I was in college living in dorms.

They said it was Verizon Wireless for Time Warner.  Saying I owed them $160 or something from before I even graduated High School.  I have an account with TWC now, for almost 3 years (the first time I ever had this service in my adult life), I have always been current on my bill.
