Frequent calls, usually in evening. No actual person, just a canned message in spanish. The number being called is a business cell phone being used for a single, very specific purchase and the number is not on any list anywhere accessible to the public. The calling organization must have gotten the number from a random dialer.

Unfortunately, not answering the calls is not an option, so each time the calls come in, it reinforces that this is an active number and it stays in their rotation, resulting in further calls.
