Indian man called the doctor's office where I work asking to speak with the doctor (by name). I informed him the doctor doesn't accept personal calls at work, so the man then asked for the office manager (not by name). I turned him down to this request as well, and he asked for the manager's name. I asked him what this is about, and he said it is about a pending email going out to the doctor. I asked what kind of email, and he replied "pending". I asked if this was a sales call, and he flat out said no, yet he didn't know anything about the practice, other than the doctor's name. I told him if it was important, I would help him, and his response was, "oh yes ma'am, what is the doctor's email address?". I screamed into the phone, "NO SALES CALLS!" and hung up. Scam.
