I've received a call from this number once a day for the last 2 weeks. They begin the call by speaking English and, when I answer in English as well, they switch to Spanish-- claiming to not understand English.
It's actually possible that they do not understand English enough to carry on a conversation, giving the benefit of the doubt, but regardless I have requested 10 times now to be removed from their list to no avail. I just got off the phone once again with them requesting the same, threatening legal action if the (what has become) harrassment continues.
